While we have no idea what to expect, we have decided to carry our baby to term and to love him or her for as long as God sees fit. We decided to find out our baby's gender ahead of time, which was not our original plan. We felt that we needed to put a name to this baby as soon as we were able, and to bond with him or her as our "son" or "daughter". Up until this point, no one knew the gender except our geneticist and our baker. This bittersweet moment is us finding out for the first time. |
